Leadership is action!   If you are a leader, you are leading someone to somewhere.  If you are not leading someone or you are not leading to somewhere, you are not a leader.

Leadership Quote from Henry Kissinger:
“The task of the leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been.”

People need leaders to lead them toward (action!) a place or position, a state of mind, or a capability which they have not been or have not possessed.

Ready, set… Action! - Take an assessment of where you are leading – do you know where to go, how to get there, and how to know when you are there?  Also, think about who you are leading – where have they been and not been, where do they need you to lead them?
