LEADERSHIP AND CHANGE

From my side i would say Leaders are more concerned with change in any given situation. Normally they know what improvements are unlikely if they stick to the status quo. If a given situation is to change, leaders must initiate changes, in the way they want things to appear. if the changes has achieved the desired ends, then an effective leadership was exercised.
