    To differentiate between leadership and management it would be better to look closely at what a leader and a manager do.

    A LEADER A MANAGER
    Innovate Administer
    Develop maintain
    Inspire Control
    Long-term view Short-term view
    Ask what and why ask how and when
    Originate Imitate
    Challenge the status quo Accept status the quo
    Do right things right Do right things
    Determine whether the- Efficiency in climbing-
    the ladder is leaning- the ladder of success.
    against the right wall.

    Now let’s define the two together!
